PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GOLF SIMULATOR
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to use the golf simulator located on the premises of NobleTec. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in golf simulation activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury from swinging clubs, contact with equipment, tripping hazards, or other participants. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained as a result of my use of the simulator, whether caused by the negligence of NobleTec or otherwise. - Release and Waiver
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue NobleTec, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while using the golf simulator or while on the premises. - Use Guidelines
I agree to use the golf simulator in a safe and responsible manner. I will follow all posted instructions and any verbal guidance provided by NobleTec staff. I agree not to allow unauthorized persons to use the equipment. - Health & Condition
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely using the golf simulator. I will immediately cease use and notify staff if I feel unwell or unsafe during participation. - Damage Responsibility
I agree to be responsible for any damages I cause to the simulator equipment, surrounding property, or injury to others due to negligent or inappropriate use. - Media Release (Optional)
I consent to the use of my image, video, or likeness in promotional material taken during use of the simulator.
