If we do not have the in-house expertise, we have an extensive network of helpdesk companies to choose from that will extend a better rate than what an end user can obtain directly. We will extend that discount. We have many flexible plans. Pricing may be based on call volume or fixed rates based on anticipated call activity. In addition, we offer comprehensive reporting on call activity, response, and resolution times.
