    • Silver Support – Same Business Day response time after ticket opening. Includes basic break/fix and configuration. Excludes manufacturer hardware failure replacement and configuration, accidental damage coverage, and user caused break/fix and configuration.
    • Gold Support – 4-hour response time after ticket opening. Includes basic break/fix and configuration. Excludes manufacturer hardware failure replacement and configuration, accidental damage coverage, and user caused break/fix and configuration.
